Corporate Booking Terms & Conditions
- All prices quoted include VAT, unless
otherwise stated
- No service charge is made
- All bookings are provisional. To secure
the reservation a 30% non-returnable, non-transferable deposit must
be received within 14 days from when the provisional booking
was made. If not received within 14 days the booking may
become invalid without notice.
CANCELLATIONS
- All cancellations must be made in writing
and will forfeit the deposit, unless a prior agreement has been made.
- For full cancellations and/ or cancellation
of numbers made:
8 weeks prior to the arrival date: you will be invoiced
for 60% of your bill
6 weeks prior to
the arrival date: you will be invoiced for 80% of your bill
4 weeks prior to the arrival date: you will be invoiced
in full
- For short notice bookings (those made
within one calendar month of the arrival date) the terms for cancellations
and final delegate numbers will be agreed at the time of booking.
PAYMENT
- Payment – the balance must
be settled in full within one calendar month from date of departure.
- Failure to effect Payment by the due date(s)
will result in interest charges being levied at the current rate on
the unpaid amount.
- Method of Payment: We
accept VISA, MasterCard, SWITCH over the telephone.
Cheques made payable to BRIMPTS BARN. We can provide
details for BACS transactions.
